Minimum score and ranking UniCamillus Medicine 2025
All about UniCamillus Medicine 2025: minimum score, seats, ranking, scrolls and preparation tips to get in confidently with TestBuddy.
Understanding how the UniCamillus admission test works – especially how scores, seats and rankings are determined – is one of the most important steps for anyone aiming to enter the Medicine and Surgery degree in English.
In this article, we’ll go through everything you need to know: how the score is calculated, what the minimum admission score was in previous years, how many seats are available for 2025, how the ranking system works, how and when scrolls (reassignments) take place, and how to read the official results.
We’ll also explain what to do if you don’t make it right away and how to use tools like TestBuddy to prepare calmly and effectively.
All the information in this article comes directly from the official UniCamillus admission documents, available in the Admission Calls section of the university website and from the EU and Non-EU admission calls for 2025/2026, as well as the official registration and ranking procedures.
How the score is calculated
For EU candidates, the admission test consists of 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes, all in English. Each question offers five options, with only one correct answer.
The test includes questions in logical reasoning and reading comprehension, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and a short section on humanitarian culture related to UniCamillus’s mission.
The scoring system is as follows:
- +1.5 points for each correct answer
- –0.25 points for each wrong answer
- 0 points for questions left blank
The maximum total score is 90 points. Since wrong answers are penalised, it’s better to leave a question blank than to guess randomly.
For Non-EU candidates, the score comes from two components: a written reasoning test (verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning) and an oral interview on general knowledge and basic science subjects. The total maximum score is 120 points.
Minimum score: how to estimate it and previous trends
The minimum admission score changes every year because it depends on both the general performance of candidates and the number of available seats.
According to the official regulations, there is a minimum eligibility threshold: anyone scoring below 15% of the maximum score (that is, under 13.5 points out of 90) is considered not eligible, meaning they cannot be admitted even through later scrolls.
In previous Non-EU sessions, the last admitted scores varied widely. In the September 2025 ranking, the last admitted candidate had around 41/120, while in the June 2025 ranking the minimum dropped to about 11/120.
This shows that every call has its own dynamics, depending on the session and number of applicants.
As a general goal, EU candidates should aim well above the average — around 50/90 points or higher — to stay safely within the typical admission range.
Available seats: how many and how they are allocated
The number of seats for each academic year is fixed in the official admission calls.
For 2025/2026, UniCamillus offers 182 seats for EU and equivalent candidates, and 48 seats for Non-EU candidates residing abroad.
In 2024/2025, there were over 130 Non-EU seats, which shows that the university adjusts its capacity based on ministerial authorizations and the number of applications received.
It’s important to note that UniCamillus manages a local ranking: there is no national ranking or multiple preference system as in state universities. Each call is independent and valid only for that specific degree and session.
How the ranking works
Once the results are published, UniCamillus creates a local ranking list that orders candidates by score.
Those within the available seats are marked as “Admitted”, while those who passed the threshold but didn’t make it within the cut-off are marked as “Eligible”. Eligible candidates may still be called later through scrolls if other candidates withdraw or fail to complete enrolment in time.
Since UniCamillus uses independent rankings, there are no “preferences” between universities or courses — admission applies only to the call you participated in.
Scrolls: timing, rules and what to expect
Scrolls (reassignments) take place when admitted candidates do not finalise their enrolment within the required time. In that case, UniCamillus publishes a new list of candidates who can take their place.
Each candidate called in a scroll has two working days to finalise the enrolment and pay the first instalment. Missing this deadline means losing the seat permanently.
Scrolls can continue until all seats are filled. Every new list is published only on the official UniCamillus website, in the section dedicated to registration procedures. E-mail notifications are only for convenience — the website publication is the only valid communication.
It’s essential to check the website regularly during this period: scrolls can happen fast, and missing a deadline can cost an entire year of study.
How to read your results and scores
For privacy reasons, UniCamillus publishes results using a unique personal code, not candidate names. This code is generated by the GOMP portal when you register for the test.
When rankings are published, you can find your score, position and status (Admitted, Eligible, Not Eligible) by matching your code.
There is also an official online system called “UniCamillus Scrolls”, where you can check your real-time position during the entire scrolling phase.
If you are not admitted immediately
Not being admitted in the first ranking doesn’t mean you’re out. Scrolls often continue for several weeks, so keep checking the official website until the process is officially closed.
If you are still not admitted after all scrolls, you can apply again in the next session — and use the time in between to strengthen your preparation.
This is where TestBuddy becomes the ideal companion. It lets you simulate real exams, track your progress, and study by topic or difficulty. You can understand exactly where you make mistakes and focus your efforts efficiently.
Turning this waiting period into productive study time makes a huge difference when the next test comes around.
